Terms of Service

Rules for using OneAlbum.

These terms govern your use of the OneAlbum website, accounts, hosted albums, guest uploads, billing, and related features.

1. Using the service

You may use OneAlbum only for lawful event, media-sharing, or business purposes. You must not abuse the service, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or use OneAlbum to process content you do not have the right to upload or share.

2. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. OneAlbum may suspend accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or repeatedly violate these terms.

3. User content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload. You grant OneAlbum the limited rights needed to host, store, display, transmit, and process that content so the service can function.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

4. Billing and paid plans

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Pricing, subscription quantity, and promotions are shown at the point of purchase. Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of paid features.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data. Cookie choices are managed separately through the cookie banner and Cookie Policy. Using OneAlbum does not override or bypass choices that require consent.

6. Availability and third parties

OneAlbum relies on third-party infrastructure such as AWS, Stripe, Cloudflare Turnstile, and certain public page asset providers. We may change providers, features, or service components over time. External outages and third-party failures can affect availability.

7. Suspension and termination

OneAlbum may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to serious terms violations.

8. Disclaimers and liability

OneAlbum is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, OneAlbum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and any direct liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be published on this page with the new effective date.
